This committee is composed of decision-makers representing the major stakeholder groups in the Consortium. The Executive Committee establishes policy, approves the planning, budgeting and hiring of personnel, and assists with the formation of the vision and goals for the system. The Consortium staff reports to the Executive Director and the Executive Committee as a "governing body" similar to a Board of Trustees.

COORDINATING COMMITTEE

Established to provide all members an opportunity to receive information and provide input into the planning process prior to implementation. Each of our educational partners is represented by a site contact, identified by the site leader (i.e., principal or president) as a member of the Coordinating Committee. Employer-based organization representatives, parent organization representatives and additional community-based organizations not directly represented on the Executive Committee are also encouraged to participate in the Coordinating Committee.
